HOW TO ORDER

Choose your teddy/animal and enter the baby’s name and year or date exactly as you would like them to appear.

Please then send/upload a clear copy of your baby’s scan photograph. For the best result, use the clearest and highest-quality image you have available.

Your scan photograph will be incorporated into the memorial design shown in the listing images.
