How is my parcel sent
At Spotted Lizard Prints, all orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, providing a reliable, fully tracked delivery service. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed at checkout. Please note that the Next Day Guaranteed option refers to Royal Mail's delivery service once your order has been dispatched. It does not mean your order will be designed, produced, and delivered the next day. Production times still apply, but once your parcel is posted, Royal Mail aims to deliver it using the service you've selected.
Can I upgrade my postage
During checkout, you'll be asked to choose your preferred postage option. This is your opportunity to select the delivery service that best suits your needs, whether that's our standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, an upgrade to Tracked 24, or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed. If you change your mind after placing your order, don't worry—we can send you a custom payment link to cover the difference in postage, allowing you to upgrade your delivery service before your order is dispatched.
What packaging is used
The packaging we use depends on the type of product you've ordered. Every item is carefully packed to help protect it during transit, with packaging designed to prevent minor exposure to wet weather from damaging your order. More delicate items, such as mugs and other fragile products, receive additional protective packaging to provide extra cushioning and security while in the postal system. Can I have delivered to a different address
Sending your order directly to someone else is easy. During checkout, you'll be asked to enter both your billing address and your shipping address. Your billing address should be the address linked to your payment method so your payment can be processed successfully. If you'd like your order delivered to a different location, simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. We'll send the parcel directly there, making it perfect for gifts, surprises, or deliveries to family, friends, or colleagues.
