Personalising your gift is easy! All Spotted Listing personalised products include a personalisation box at the top of the product page, where you can enter the exact name, message, date, or wording you'd like us to print. Please double-check your spelling and punctuation before placing your order, as we print exactly what you provide. If you're unsure what to include, have special requirements, or need help creating the perfect personalised gift, we're always happy to help. Simply get in touch with us before or after placing your order, and our friendly team will guide you through the personalisation process.

At Spotted Lizard Prints, all personalised gifts are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard delivery service, giving you reliable shipping and full tracking from dispatch to delivery. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail Tracked 24 or choose our Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service for eligible orders. Please remember that all personalised items are made to order, so production time applies before dispatch. If you're unsure which delivery option is best for your needs or have any questions, our friendly team is always happy to help.

Many of our personalised gift designs can be adapted to better suit your needs. Depending on the design you've chosen, we're often able to change the wording, messages, names, dates, or other written text to create something even more personal. While some layouts have design limitations, we'll always do our best to accommodate your request wherever possible. If you're looking for a specific change or aren't sure whether a design can be customised, simply get in touch with us before ordering. Our friendly team is always happy to discuss your ideas and help create the perfect personalised gift.
