Please double-check your spelling and punctuation before placing your order, as we print exactly what you provide. At Spotted Lizard Prints, all personalised gifts are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard delivery service, giving you reliable shipping and full tracking from dispatch to delivery. If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail Tracked 24 or choose our Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service for eligible orders. Please remember that all personalised items are made to order, so production time applies before dispatch. If you're unsure which delivery option is best for your needs or have any questions, our friendly team is always happy to help.

Many of our personalised gift designs can be adapted to better suit your needs. Depending on the design you've chosen, we're often able to change the wording, messages, names, dates, or other written text to create something even more personal. While some layouts have design limitations, we'll always do our best to accommodate your request wherever possible. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability and confirm when your item can be ready for collection. As all of our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee same-day collection without prior arrangement. Please note that we do not accept walk-in orders or requests. All purchases must be placed through our website before collection can be arranged. Getting in touch first helps us ensure your order is ready and waiting when you arrive.
